Prestige Properties, LLC owns and manages over 40 buildings, 100 apartments and houses within a 11 block area east of the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
Our goal is to provide clean, secure, high quality living environments in finer, more established buildings near downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa campus. We have an excellent staff that manages our buildings and we strive to provide an exceptional living experience for our tenants. Our team is highly trained and provides fair and ethical treatment to all our tenants.
